Christopher Hanlon

Chris is originally from New York and has been a legal videographer for over 15 years covering depositions throughout the United States, London, Amsterdam, Germany, Switzerland, Australia, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan. Certified in Trial Director software and having presented evidence at over 50 trials, including large MDL cases, Chris can see the big picture from a site inspection to witness interview, deposition to verdict. When not behind the camera, Chris enjoys drumming, equestrian arts, reading and writing fiction.

Jeff has been a legal videographer and videotaped over 4000 depositions worldwide since 1984. Some of the locations he has videotaped depositions include Aruba, Cuba, Barbados, Jamaica, W.I., Venezuela, Mexico, Peru, El Salvador, Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Panama, Spain, Liberia, South Africa and Korea covering intellectual property, pharmaceutical, Chinese drywall, alien smuggling and white collar crimes including the Bernard Madoff litigation. Jeff started his career working for United Artists Motion Picture Company where he had the opportunity to meet movie personalities such as Alfred Hitchcock and Robert Mitchum as well as attend the famous birthday party for John F. Kennedy where Marilyn Monroe sang "Happy Birthday Mr. President."

Randell ("RJ") is the most recent addition to American Realtime's videography team in Asia. Starting out as an English teacher in Japan and fascinated with the country, people and language, RJ returned to the U.S. to study and become a Certified Legal Video Specialist as a means to create a long-term career and build a future in Asia. RJ has covered intellectual property, asbestos and large federal cases. When not doing legal video, RJ enjoys directing music videos and independent short films and becoming more proficient in the Japanese language.

Peter Au

Born in Hong Kong, Peter moved to London to attend university where he received his BA in communication design. He began his career in the TV and film industry. After several years in both London and Canada, Peter missed his roots and returned to Hong Kong to pursue legal videography. Fluent in both English and Cantonese, he enjoys frequent travel both professionally and personally. As the only legal videographer residing in Hong Kong who is certified by the American Guild of Court Videographers, we are proud to have Peter on our team.
